Big happenings these days...

...or it seems so to us. Rowan's attention span is growing, and she's beginning to respond to more and more things. She started mimicing facial gestures and sounds, and she cracks a dozen elusive smiles a day. One day she'll hold one long enough for the everpresent camera to click in time.

Valentine's Day Supplement

So what if it's not Monday. We didn't feel like waiting a week.

Rowan's Big Sixth Week

Monday, Rowan discovered the mobile.

Tuesday, she pretty much just slept,

but that was just fine with Papa.

Thursday, she tried unsuccessfully to figure out lollipops.

She spent most of Friday just lookin' good.

Saturday, three Aunts rolled up in a Mini:

Aunt Genevieve,

Aunt Elizabeth,

and Aunt Catherine.

It all made Mama very happy.

Saturday night Rowan got scrubbed clean by ten hands,

and Sunday she went to the river for Jimbo's birthday party.

It all made Rowan very happy.

It's been a long time comin'...
